This Vinyasa class offers space to connect breath with movement, creating a steady, flowing practice that feels both energizing and grounding. As each movement is guided by the breath, the practice becomes a moving meditation—helping you stay present and connected to your body. 

We’ll explore the foundations of key poses while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. Each class includes a mix of seated, standing, balancing, and more restorative shapes for a well-rounded experience.

Expect a welcoming, community-focused environment where you can move at your own pace, ask questions, and feel supported—whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat.
